Infosys Acquires In-tech, Expanding Its Footprint in the Automotive Sector

Infosys has revealed its definitive agreement to acquire in-tech, a leading Engineering R&D services provider focused on the German automotive industry. This strategic move underscores Infosys’ commitment to the automotive ecosystem and marks a significant expansion of its footprint across Europe.

Headquartered in Germany, in-tech is a rapidly growing Engineering R&D services provider shaping digitization in the automotive, rail transport, and smart industry sectors.
